TWS VALVE- Composite High Speed Air Release Valve

Tianjin Tanggu Water Seal Valve follows the business philosophy of “all for users, all from innovation”, and its products are constantly innovated and upgraded, with ingenuity, exquisite craftsmanship and excellent production. Let’s learn about the product with us.

Functions and usage

The air valve is a device used to vent air during the operation of the water system and HVAC system. It is widely used in our lives. So what is the specific function of the air valve?

The role of the air valve
1. When the pipeline begins to be filled with water, the air valve is required to discharge a large amount of air in the pipe, so as to ensure that there is no air in the pipeline when the pipeline is filled with water, and at the same time, the air valve is required to be large and match the water filling, which can shorten the water filling time.
2. In the operation stage of the pipeline, the air valve can exhaust a small amount of air under high pressure, so as to discharge the trace amount of air released in the water in time, so as to prevent the accumulation in the pipeline and cause the obstruction of the water flow caused by the formation of air bags, and finally improve the efficiency of water supply.
3. In the pipeline emptying stage, it requires a large amount of air supply from the exhaust valve to prevent negative pressure in the pipeline, and the suction volume of the exhaust valve is required to match the drainage volume of the pipeline. In the case of a local accident in the pipeline, due to the slope of the short knife, the discharge flow of the water flow is very large, so the exhaust valve is required to quickly replenish a large amount of air to prevent the pipeline from breaking due to negative pressure.

The purpose of the air release valve
Air valves are used in independent heating systems, central heating systems, heating boilers, central air conditioning, floor heating and solar heating systems. However, because there is usually a certain amount of air dissolved in water, and the solubility of air decreases with the increase of temperature, so that the gas is gradually separated from the water in the process of water circulation, and gradually gathers together to form large bubbles and even air columns, because there is a supplement of water, so there are often gases produced.
