First of all, the first step is that the valve shaft should be paired with the disc.

We have to check words that were casted on the valve body, to make sure they are clear and complete in case they are damaged. Adjust the shaft and disc to fit tightly, and this way is the best way for them.

And the second step is assembling the seat.

First, we need to place the body of good quality on the fixed bar, and Put the upper shaft hole for inspection.

And the next step is that we assemble the seat into the valve body.

In this process, we need the Silicone oil, which is aimed to reduce the friction and contribute to assemble.

After that,Apply silicone oil to the qualified raised part of the valve seat, fold the valve seat into a U-shape, clamp it with a wrench and put it into the valve body to fit the upper shaft hole, then press the lower hole of the valve seat with your thumb, stand the valve body upside down, put down the shaft hole washer, and pull out your thumb to make the valve seat fit the valve body.

The third step is assembling the valve plate, the disc.

We should grease the upper and lower shaft holes of the seat.Silicone grease has good waterproof sealing and waterproof performance, does not corrode metal, and rubber has better adaptability, used for waterproof sealing and lubrication of the sealing ring.

And then we are going to the fourth step. Assemble the bushings, shaft and pins. During this step, we also use the Silicone oil to reduce friction, in order to assemble the upper and lower O-rings.

And the fifth step is assemble the bolt.

From the sixth step on, we will learn about TWS’s testing steps.

And the sixth step is, measure torque.

We measure the torque in the dry air, and The random sampling ratio is 1%. In addition, we also simulate in an environment with water, and the random sampling ratio will increase, up to 10%.

We apply the silicone grease to this step, and then read the testing data. The testing data must lower than the standard.
