Air valves GPQW4X-10Q are applied to the pipeline exhaust in independent heating systems, centralized heating systems, heating boilers, central air conditioners, floor heating systems, solar heating systems, etc. Since water usually dissolves a certain amount of air, and the solubility of air decreases as the temperature rises, during the circulation of water, gas gradually separates from the water and gradually accumulates to form large bubbles or even gas columns. Due to the replenishment of water, gas is constantly generated.
There are mainly the following seven categories of Air valves:
Single-port exhaust valve: It is used for the exhaust of the pipeline to prevent the pipeline from being blocked by air or having air resistance. For example, when the water pump stops due to a power outage, a negative pressure may occur in the pipeline at any time, and the automatic air intake can protect the pipeline safety.
Quick intake and exhaust valve: It is installed at the highest point of the pipeline or in the place where air is blocked to remove the gas in the pipeline and dredge the pipeline, so that the pipeline can operate normally and the water output can reach the design requirements. If this product is not installed, the gas in the pipeline will form an air resistance, and the water output of the pipeline will not reach the design requirements.
Composite high speed air release valve GPQW4X-10Q: When water enters the pipeline, the plug stops at the lower part of the positioning frame for a large amount of exhaust. When the air is completely exhausted, the water enters the valve, floats the ball, and drives the plug to close, stopping the exhaust. When the pipeline is operating normally, a small amount of gas will naturally accumulate at the upper part of the pipeline. When it reaches a certain extent, the water level in the valve drops, and the float drops accordingly, and the gas is discharged from the small hole.
Quick exhaust (intake) valve: When the pipeline with the quick exhaust (intake) valve is operating, the float stops at the bottom of the ball bowl for a large amount of exhaust. When the air in the pipeline is completely exhausted, the water rushes into the valve, passes through the ball bowl, and then acts on the float to make the float move up and close. When the pipeline is operating normally, if there is a small amount of gas, it will gather in the valve to a certain extent. When the water level in the valve drops, the float drops accordingly, and the gas is discharged from the small hole.
Composite exhaust valve for sewage: It is used at the highest point of the sewage pipeline or in the place where air is blocked. By removing the gas in the pipeline, it can dredge the pipeline and make it work normally.
Micro exhaust valve: During the main water transmission process, the air is continuously released from the water and accumulates at the high points of the pipeline to form an air pocket, which makes the water transmission difficult. The water transmission capacity of the system may be reduced by about 5-15% as a result.
Double-port quick exhaust valve: When it is necessary to discharge the gas in the pipeline, the valve stem should be rotated counterclockwise, so that the valve stem and the valve rise together. The air in the pipeline enters the cavity under the pressure of water and is discharged from the exhaust nozzle. Then the water in the pipeline fills the cavity, and the float moves upward under the buoyancy of water to block the exhaust nozzle, achieving self-sealing. During the normal operation of the pipeline, the air in the water is continuously discharged into the upper part of the cavity of the exhaust valve under the action of pressure, forcing the float to drop and leave the original sealing position. At this time, the air is discharged from the exhaust nozzle again, and then the float returns to the original position for self-sealing.
